I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Charlie. His responsiveness was outstanding. Myguy plumbing returned today to install customer supplied trim and cartridge. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks and everything is running as intended. There will be no warranty for the shower cartridge or trim due to it being customer supplied.
Customer stated that their handle broke off of their shower. After inspecting myguy plumbing also noticed that the cartridge has failed. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to install new trim and cartridge supplied by us, or if the home owner would like to get it themselves. Home owner decided to move forward with customer supplied option myguy plumbing will return tomorrow to complete work. Please note that their is on warranty on customer supplied products.
Arrived on site tried to install new cartridge and found it is not the right one. Will need to order in one more cartridge in hopes it is the proper one. Contacted American standard and was on the phone with tech support for over and hour and we were unable to track it down if this new cartridge does not work then we will need to replace the entire valve. Gave options for worst case scenario.
Rebuild on upstairs shower with membership. Arrived on site found that the wrong cartridge was order tried to contact American standard but they are not available due to the holiday. Will get part ordered and get customer on schedule.

Arrived on site customer stated that their 15 year old water heater is leaking. Upon inspection found that the water heater will need to be replaced. Gave options on a 40 or 50 gal low Btu and customer would like to move forward with a 40. Installed new water heater brought up to code and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Customer is responsible for scheduling inspection and paying permit fee. 34k 3” bvent

Arrived to home to replace cartridges in shower. Was sold for customer supplied option. We changed to invoice to have MyGuy supply cartridges instead and also MyGuy membership. We will be back when cartridges arrive. Customer is on schedule for Tuesday 1-5. If for some reason we do not receive parts in time, we will call customer to change date.

Customer stated that shower was leaking and they would like estimates on installing new toilets. After inspecting we wrote up estimates for customer to get issues rectified. Customer will call us back when they are ready to decide which option they would like to move forward with.
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspection we wrote up estimates to get. What we found rectified. For today customer would only like to flush tankless water heater. After Myguy plumbing flushed tankless, Myguy plumbing ran hot water. At this time their appears to be no issues everything is working as should.
Today we arrived on site to complete annual home inspection and boiler start up. After inspection, my guy plumbing wrote up estimates to get issues rectified for today. Customer would like options emailed over to them. Myguy plumbing started up boiler and cleaned boiler and everything is working as should no issues.
